Think Three: Impacting Generations with Purpose Kids

At The Purpose Church we Think Three! One of the best ways we can do this is through partnering with our Purpose Parents. This means that we are purposefully investing in the next generation and thinking about how we can impact the next three generations with the truth of the Gospel through the decisions we make today. One of the greatest ways we can partner with parents to disciple the next generation is through Purpose Kids Small Groups. We utilize the Awana program for our Wednesday evening groups for ages Kindergarten through 6th grade.

Starting Date: August 28, 2024
Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm

What is Awana?

Awana is a Bible-based, Christ-centered program for children. The primary goal is to teach boys and girls the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. Each group will include scripture memory, a Biblical lesson, games, worship, uniforms, and awards.

The word AWANA stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed and comes from the Bible verse 2 Timothy 2:15: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.”
